As old people, we loved the early check-in provided by the friendly host and cleaner. the hot tub was excellent, although we couldn't use it much due to the rare Scottish heatwave. the beds were comfy and the living room was cozy. the location was fantastic, close to Moffat town and with a nice pub nearby. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

It was all superb.

I recently stayed at a lovely lodge in a tranquil location with a hot tub and beautiful decking. The value for money was unbelievable, and everything was tidy and well-maintained. The owner, Craig, was always available and helpful. The lounge and kitchen were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The WiFi was excellent even with multiple devices connected. I had a great time and can't wait to come back.

The only minor issues were a broken boiler on arrival, which was fixed promptly, and a slight discrepancy with the property listing. The park could benefit from improved lighting in the evenings for better navigation, and it would be nice to have a barbecue in the lodge.

The lounge in the lodge was super cozy and comfortable for our group of four adults. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, but we preferred the local eateries. The tranquil location had a lovely view from the lounge and decking, and the WiFi was surprisingly fast even with all of us online at once. The accommodation itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with excellent communication from the owner. We loved the privacy and safe parking, and the hot tub was a fabulous addition. The deck and chairs were perfect for relaxing, and the lodge had all the essentials, including a thoughtful touch of bread, milk, and butter. We even brought our dog, and they had a secure garden area. We're already planning to return next year, thanks to the amazing hosts.

Dim lighting in the surrounding Caravan Park made it difficult to navigate at night.

The hot tub was a great amenity and it worked perfectly. We also appreciated the prompt responses from the owner when we had questions. the location was ideal, with several hiking areas nearby.

the local pub opening into the playground resulted in drunk karaoke singers scaring the children. the presence of a nearby caravan being demolished also created noise and disrupted the peace and quiet we were hoping for.

friendly staff, early check-in, and excellent hot tub; exceeded expectations during our stay, even better than our previous visit in Beattock.

We couldn't believe the incredible value for money at this lodge. Everything was tidy and the decking was lovely. The hot tub was ready for us as soon as we arrived. There was a big parking space next to the chalet and a beautiful seating area on the deck. The owner, Craig, was always there for us when we needed him. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy of the lodge. The location was perfect, not too far from Moffat, with plenty to do in the area. We can't wait to come back again!

the proximity of the local pub to the playground led to some disruptive and inappropriate behavior, which was not ideal for a family-friendly environment. There were also ongoing construction works nearby, making it less peaceful and quiet.
